These Website Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of www.north-star-growth.group and any related pages or services we operate (the "Site"), provided by NorthStar Growth Group ("NorthStar," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

NorthStar Growth Group is a customer acquisition partner for roofing companies in the United States. The Site exists to share information about our services and to let qualified operators request a consultation. Contacting us through the Site does not by itself create a client relationship.

The Site is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the company they represent. By using the Site you confirm you meet these requirements.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, mirror, or republish the Site or its content;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or accounts;
• upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or degrade the Site;
• submit false, misleading, or impersonated information through any form on the Site;
• use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages, harvest contact information, or compete with us.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, copy, page layouts, and software — is owned by NorthStar or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for your internal evaluation of our services. No other rights are granted.

If you contact us, request a market review, or send feedback, you agree we may use that information to respond to you and to improve our services, subject to our handling described in the Lead Submission Terms. Do not send us any information you consider confidential unless we have signed a written agreement covering it.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control (for example, social platforms or email providers). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Any forecasts, examples, or case-study figures on the Site are illustrative and not a guarantee of results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthStar and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NorthStar from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NorthStar is principally headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
