Lead Submission Terms

These Lead Submission Terms describe what happens when you submit the market-review request form, or otherwise share business contact information with NorthStar Growth Group ("NorthStar," "we," "us"). They sit alongside our Website Terms of Service. By submitting the form, you agree to these terms.
1. Information you provide
The contact form asks for:
- your full name;
- a business email address;
- your service area or city;
- your approximate annual revenue range;
- a brief description of what you're looking to solve.
We also automatically record the page you submitted from and the time of submission so we can route the inquiry correctly.
2. How we use it
We use the information you submit to:
- reply to your inquiry and schedule a consultation if appropriate;
- evaluate whether your market is currently available — we work with one operator per market;
- send a short confirmation email and, if you don't hear back from us, one follow-up email about your request;
- maintain internal records of business inquiries we receive.
We do not sell your information, share it with other roofing companies, or add you to a marketing list without your consent.
3. Accuracy and authority
You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of your business. Submitting false information, impersonating someone else, or submitting on behalf of a business without authorization is prohibited.
4. Email communications
By submitting the form, you consent to receive emails from us directly related to your inquiry, including a confirmation and a limited number of follow-up messages. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option, and you can email us to opt out at any time. Opting out does not remove your submission from our internal records.
5. Storage and retention
Submissions are stored on our managed backend infrastructure under access controls limited to NorthStar personnel. We retain inquiry records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the business and to comply with our legal and tax obligations. You can request deletion of your submission at any time by emailing us.
6. Service providers
We rely on a small number of vendors to operate the Site and send email (for example, our hosting provider and email delivery provider). They process your submission only on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.
7. Confidentiality
Submissions are treated as business confidential within NorthStar, but the form is not the place to send anything legally privileged or sensitive (for example, financial statements, customer lists, or non-public material). Do not submit information you would not be comfortable sharing in a first conversation.
8. No engagement created
A form submission, an emailed reply, or an exploratory call does not, by itself, create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement we sign with the operator we choose to work with in a given market.
9. Your choices
You may, at any time:
- ask us what information we hold from your submission;
- request corrections to that information;
- request that we delete your submission;
- unsubscribe from any follow-up emails.

10. Changes
We may update these Lead Submission Terms from time to time. The current version applies to any submission made on or after the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
